Manatee Village Historical Park is excited to offer three types of private tours for you and your small group. Private tours are available from October through April and vary in cost. Explore the options below to learn more and book the experience that’s right for you.

Private Group Tour

This hour-long tour of our site will take your visit to the next level. Learn additional stories about our buildings and the development of Manatee Village Historical Park with one of our staff members. (10 – 30 participants)

Private Tour with the Curator

Have you ever wondered what working with museum artifacts is like? Our site curator will lead this hour-long, intimate group tour around Manatee Village and share some insider information about how they care for our museum’s artifacts and buildings. (5-7 participants)

Private Cemetery Tour

Embark on an hour-long tour of Manatee County’s oldest established cemetery. Topics or themes vary by staff member and can be requested at booking. (10 – 30 participants)

Manatee Village Historical Park is part of the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller Historical Resources Department. This program is offered in conjunction with the Manatee County Historical Commission, Inc.

 

About the Clerk’s Office

The Clerk of Circuit Court was established as a public trustee by the Florida Constitution in 1838. The Clerk of the Circuit Court serves as the Clerk of Courts, the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Auditor, Recorder, and Custodian of all County Funds. In Manatee County, the Clerk’s office also administers a local child support enforcement program, violence protection advocacy program, Manatee Teen Court, and the preservation of historical resources through its historical resources department.
