We have several permanent exhibitions that tell the story of living in Manatee County between 1840 and 1918.
MVHP is made up of 7 historical and 5 replica buildings or structures, along with Old Cabbage Head, our 1913 Locomotive.
Our guests can tour the 1850 Manatee Burying Ground, the oldest established cemetery in Manatee County.
For guests unable to visit our site, we offer several digital exhibitions. These can be accessed on a computer or mobile device.
For those unable to visit, or anyone who wants an audio aid, we offer audio-based self guided tours of our site.
We have digitized some of our research for anyone use. Please use this as a source for your own research.
