Reserve Meeting Space

The Manatee County Historical Commission makes meeting space available to qualified community groups as a public service. Meeting room use is available to groups of a civic, cultural, or educational nature at no charge on a first-come-first-served basis.

Groups may book the space by calling (941) 749-7165. Telephone reservations must be confirmed by filling out a written application within seven (7) working days of the telephone request.  An application approved by the Special Events Coordinator or other authorized representative of Manatee Village must be on file before a group can be permitted to use the facility.

Available Locations


  • Picnic tables that can seat 60.
  • Shaded by oak trees.
  • Electrical outlet near Gazebo.

Wiggins Store Conference Room

  • Tables and chairs are provided
    • With tables, there is seating for 20 people.
    • Without tables, there is seating for 30 people.
  • Electrical outlets and blank wall space allow for PowerPoint presentations.
    • Groups are responsible for bringing their own laptop and projector.

*Manatee Village Historical Park is closed and will not host meetings on holidays or their corresponding weekends.

Closures: Wednesday October 9, November 9-11 (Veteran's Day Weekend), November 28-30 (Thanksgiving Weekend)
